Volume 1 - It's not
just the Food, it's the Habit: This first part is a very
powerful motivational & educational seminar on making healthy
spontaneous choices in your everyday life. You will feel more
informed and empowered, with a new and focused belief system to set
you on the path to success and a better healthier
you.
Volume 2 - My Path is Certain: You will be
guided down two paths; the first one will show you the path you are
currently on and where it will lead you. The second will show you
your path without the burden of weight in order to make choices more
meaningful.
Volume 3 - My Body Relies On My Mind:
This next part will develop the techniques and healthy
suggestions that are taught in the first download of this system. It
will reinforce in your consciousness a determination to make
healthier choices in your everyday life, to succeed in your goal to
lose weight and to achieve better health.
Volume 4 - My
Future Is Mine: This final part continues to add the
confidence, determination and belief system that the goals you have
set are a very real part of your life, as the healthy suggestions of
your SLIM U program are continuously reinforced and internalized.
